Re-Entry Worship Service!

Immanuel’s first Worship Service here on campus will be this Sunday, May 31^st at 9:00am and 11:00am (note our new service times)! We would love to see you here! Keep in mind that our services will look a little different and have some special guidelines for attendees in order to maintain health and safety. In order to attend, you must RSVP (online or by calling the Church Office) before coming. Services will have limited capacity so please read and follow these guidelines in order to participate in the Worship Service:

Before you come:

1. Read this email!
   1. It is so important that you read all the guidelines and information included here.
2. Assess yourself:
   1. Please stay home if you are exhibiting any signs or symptoms or if you are considered an “at-risk population.” High risk persons, persons recently ill, or persons with symptoms of COVID-19 as described by the CDC, such as a frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell; or if they or someone they live with have been diagnosed with COVID-19 should stay at home. If you must stay home, please join us for service online at ibclive.org.
3. RSVP online or by phone:
   1. Feel free to RSVP online here or by calling the Church Office at (909) 425-1777. Since our capacity is limited to 300 people per service (100 in each venue on campus including the live service in the Worship Center, and over video in the Chapel and Fellowship Hall), you MUST RSVP to join us for the service. You will have the option to choose either the 9:00am or 11:00am service and your preferred venue while seats are available. We will close registration when full or at 7pm Saturday.

When you get here:

1. Complete on-site screening:
   1. On Sunday as you arrive, complete a Health screening and temperature check before entering Worship venue lines, at one of the three EZ up Screening stations we will have on campus.
2. Arrive in a timely manner:
   1. We ask that you do not arrive more than 40 minutes ahead of your selected service time, but please do arrive approximately 10 minutes before to account for our screening and entry process.
3. Follow the CDC guidelines:
   1. Bring and wear your face coverings (masks) to cover your mouth and nose. Wash/sanitize your hands often, as needed. Avoid close contact, maintain distancing of at least 6 ft., with non-household family members. Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue.
4. Follow all signage and staff member instructions:
   1. Once screening is complete, please follow instructions displayed on campus signage and given by Immanuel Baptist Church staff and volunteers. They will direct you to the appropriate entrance for your chosen venue. Please be prepared to wait in line and share your name when asked by our staff for your registration information.
5. Find your seat and worship the Lord with us!

Other important information:

Unfortunately, there will be NO childcare, Café, family room, Bible Study Communities or other activities on campus on Sundays at this time. We will clean and disinfect buildings between services, so we will open and close entry points at appropriate times.
