IBC ADULTS

Let’s grow together.

At Immanuel, we want to provide you a place where you feel you belong, where you can be yourself, and where you can grow into adulthood embracing your faith. Whether it’s as a college student, starting a career or family, surviving the teenage years, or re-learning life as an empty nester, we have a place for you to make friends, be discipled, and make a difference in the lives of others.

Men

Recent studies show us that nearly half of American men say they don’t have a single person they’d consider a close friend. Our goal is to help men create and foster Godly relationships with other men. We do this through discipleship, weekly prayer groups, Bible studies, and service projects.

We are committed to supporting our senior adults with practical, emotional, and spiritual resources. This is done using weekly Bible Study Communities, Mid-Week Discipleship classes, monthly Grandparenting classes, as well as numerous community minded events sponsored. by Immanuel that use numerous senior volunteers.

Scott Stevenson

Director of Discipleship & Men’s Ministries
About Scott

Hi! I’m Scott Stevenson, and I’ve been happily married for the past thirty years to my lovely wife, Maria.  I’m better known as Maria Stevenson’s husband at Immanuel. We have four boys, Marco, Blake, and the twins Michael and Matthew. The Lord called me out of Law Enforcement to ministry in 2007, and I have been serving ever since. If you haven’t figured it out, you will learn soon that I love Discipleship! Discipleship gave me my focus in my Christian walk. I want everyone to have this tremendous advantage, especially at the beginning of their walk with the Lord.  I hope to continue to share my love of the Lord’s command for many years to come.
