Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child

For the the second year, Immanuel Baptist Church will be participating in Operation Christmas Child! Every year, Samaritan’s Purse collects shoebox gifts filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items for children around the world. Since 1993, more than 178 million children in more than 150 countries have received an Operation Christmas Child shoebox. The project delivers not only the joy of what, for many kids, is their first gift ever, but also gives them a tangible expression of God’s love…and you can be part of this effort! Starting Sunday, October 31st, we will have instructions and shoeboxes (while supplies last) for you and your family to fill with gifts and other items to send to a child this Christmas! Stop by the Church Office during the week (Monday through Thursday, 9am – 12pm and 1pm – 4pm, and Friday 9am – 12pm) or in the Pavilion on Sunday mornings to pick up your instructions and shoebox (while supplies last). Thank you for being part of this effort to show the love of Christ to these children!

Note that boxes will need to be dropped off at the Church Office during the week (Monday through Thursday, 9am – 12pm and 1pm – 4pm, and Friday 9am – 12pm) or in the Pavilion on Sunday mornings by November 14th to account for delivery.
