There are many different ways you can contribute towards the new worship center.  The following list contains just a few ideas.


Gifts of Cash
Ask God for creative ways to increase your gift.  You might consider giving from savings, garage sales, or giving your tax refund.

Gifts of Securities
The best securities to donate are those that have increased in value.  In order to preserve tax advantages, it is critical that you give the securities to the church rather than liquidate them and give the proceeds.  Potential securities to gift to the church are Stocks, Mutual Funds, and Bonds.

Gifts of Real Estate
If you own property that is not subject to a mortage and has appreciated in value, a chartible gift may be an attractive option.  You can claim an income tax deduction for property held for more than one year based upon the fair market value of the property, avoid all capital gains taxes and remove that asset from your taxable estate.

Gifts "In Kind"
A gift "in kind" is a donation of newly manufactured merchandise from companies that manufacture or retail products.  Regularly donated products include building materials, flooring products, interior finish material as well as other products such as computers, software, or office furniture.

Future Giving Options
    - Gifts of Life Insurance - Name Immanuel as either the owner of the policy or as the beneficiary. 
    - Name Immanuel Baptist Church as Beneficiary - Name the church as a beneficiary in your will or trust.
