Registration & Security
- Register your child(ren) with the lobby receptionist. Each time your child is brought to one of our programs, they must have a check in slip and a nametag (provided to you upon check in). This slip is given to the teacher upon drop off and the label is placed on your child's back. A cell phone number must be left on file upon check in. In the case that we need to contact you, a text message will be sent to your phone. Please keep your cell phone on your person at all times and be sure that it is on vibrate so as to not disturb the service or event in which you are participating. If you receive a text message during the time your child is in our care, please come to the lobby or specified location upon notification.
- A check out slip is required for pick up as well. One will be provided to you upon check out. Children will NOT be released without a check out slip.
- If you, or those you have authorized, have not picked up your child within 30 minutes of closing and all emergency contacts have been exhausted, then Child Protective Services or local law enforcement will be contacted.
- If there are court orders prohibiting any individual from picking up your child, you must provide a copy of said document to either the Child Care Coordinator or Director of Early Childhood Education. Any changes to court orders on record must be in writing and a new copy must be provided for our files. Immanuel Preschool Ministry and Child Care programs must remain neutral in all custody proceedings and are required to follow all custody papers and the instructions of the primary custodial parent.
